Brand New Bonspiel Site Goes Live!

Bonspiel has had a website for a few years now, I cobbled it together in a pirated program I had, and it was nice looking and had all its bits and pieces, but didn’t function in terms of searchability. It was also a pain in the butt to update all the time, as i wanted it to reflect the ever-changing carousel of products I was creating and putting up in my Etsy shop. So it would often go un-updated, giving off that sad “I’m just not that into being a happening site–and maybe the seller’s given up and gone to work at mcDonalds” vibe.

I’m thrilled to announce that Jayson Brown has built me a brand spankin’ new site, it’s fresh and current and the best thing about it is that it automatically updates as I list new stuff in my Etsy shop. I don’t know how he did it, some wizardry with rss feeds, wordpress and other programmy things that go way over my head. Jayson’s a SEO guy, so the site is supremely search engine optimized. That means people will be finding me way more often than they used to.

It’s such a relief to let go of trying to manage a website along with designing, sourcing materials for, making, marketing, packaging, shipping, my goods.
